So every model you order from us is tailor-made for you. Part of the ordering process involves, first and foremost, an accurate definition of your size, which we will provide during a personal consultation. Then the model will be made just for you. The delivery time depends on the complexity of the particular garment and the current availability of the selected material. It can therefore vary more or less according to these parameters, but usually it is fourteen working days.

Prices are calculated for the actual unique garment pieces in the collection. In the case of MTO "made to order", the price may vary depending on the choice of material or the extent of decorative embroidery.
PRODUCTION
From the receipt of your order and confirmation of your specific requirements, the model will be manufactured within 14 working days depending on the complexity of the design, processing and availability of the selected material.
All Brice Mensah models are made in the Czech Republic.
DELIVERY
You can use the possibility of personal pick-up directly at the showroom Jeremenkova 14, Prague 4-Podolí. Or we will deliver your carefully packed model via PPL, Czech Post or other courier services.
PAYMENT
Payment is required in the case of "made to order" service in the form of a deposit, which is made by transferring it to our account and confirms your interest in creating a customized model. Subsequently, after making, the goods will be paid in full to the same account and handed over for transport by the method of your choice. The amount of the deposit is usually within 50% of the total price of the model, including VAT.
SIZE TABLE
Every figure can look great with the help of a perfect fit and the right size choice. This applies even if the client is not sure of the truth of this statement. That's why we consistently work with you from the very first moment of ordering to make the most accurate size choice possible. Our clear chart and sketch therefore contain clear guides on where to take your measurements and which values belong to which size. Of course, your figure may correspond to a different size in some parts than in others. It is therefore absolutely correct procedure to add the deviatingreadings alongside the corresponding size you have chosen. In this way we will be able to make the appropriate adjustments when preparing the model.
